Hello lovely followers.

I hope everyone is keeping themselves safe in these uncertain times. I thought I would share a few things as it’s been playing on my mind due to this being my full time job and profession.

Currently, it’s business as usual for me. I’m still making orders that are booked in, and I have even taken orders on this week for weddings later in the year. So far, I haven’t had to deal with any cancellations and as far as I’m aware, all of the orders I have booked in for reception stationery, are still going ahead at the moment.

If you are unsure about booking a consultation then I’m happy to do a FaceTime or WhatsApp video call. I will be in my showroom so you can see designs and we can go through everything we would as if you were actually here. I have a child of school age at home and an elderly parent who’s not in the best health that I need to keep an eye on, so it’s important for me to stay healthy.

I do have to mention a few things. My terms and conditions that are clearly set out on my website will still apply. That means, if you cancel your stationery booking with me, I will retain your deposit as stated in my T’s and C’s. I am happy to work with you to reschedule for a later date and your materials will be put to one side for the revised production schedule.

If you have already had your invitations but are having to reschedule your date, rather than paying to remake a complete suite of invites, a cheaper option is to have a change of date card for you to send to your guests. Obviously I want to be able to help where I can and make it the least stressful time for everyone, but as I’m a small business and self-employed, this is how I pay my mortgage and bills, so my refund policy still applies.

Please remember many wedding suppliers are small businesses like myself and if we can all be polite, kind and considerate through this awful time, it will be a lot less stressful for everyone.

If anyone already booked in needs to discuss their stationery order, please get in touch as soon as possible so we can make alternative arrangements.
